Exhibition Hamilton
The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum (CWHM) was founded in the early 1970’s by four friends who were brought together by their passion for aviation. Housed within the Hamilton Airport, the museum’s collection has grown to include an impressive array of military jets, propeller-driven aircrafts and helicopters. Many of these aircrafts are still in flying condition and perform air shows throughout the year.
For over 40 years, the CWHM has provided visitors with dynamic programming and it continues to grow and evolve as a museum. Through guided tours, educational programs, flight simulations, and temporary exhibitions, visitors of all ages are able to discover Canada’s fascinating aviation history first-hand.
